 Description of Service Area:

As a Southern California native my familiarity with my service area is life long. I was born in Santa Monica and lived my pre-school years in one of the new homes developments of the San Fernando Valley. Grade school was near LAX in Westchester and High School in Torrance while living in Redondo Beach.  My "stomping grounds" were the beach communities of the South Bay: Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Penninsula and Rolling Hills, as well as Huntington Beach Newport Beach. I finished college in Long Beach, with a three year stay in Virginia for Graduate school. I have raised my family primarily in Long Beach and Huntington Beach, and some of my immediate family and friends have relocated to San Diego County and Riverside County. I have also had extensive experience in the areas with luxury estates and have appraised the homes of Hollywood Stars, Actors, Producers and Directors in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, etc, and full circle, in Santa Monica.
